Research&Development Executive Jobs In Dubai 2023 | Parker Connect MAIN JOB TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES Promotes effective decision making and a performance-based culture within the organization by driving and facilitating the strategic planning for the management and overseeing the corporate performance management processes. Establishes clearly articulated strategic goals for the organization in a clear and concise way. Facilitates consistency of the different entity’s strategies with overall corporate strategy. Oversees the overall strategic planning and corporate performance management processes, including KPI’s. Evaluates strategic initiatives and provide feedback to the management as to their alignment with the overall strategy. Develops new ideas and special projects and makes decision on a wide range of complex issues. Manages and develops the Strategy and Planning team. Drives strategic decisions affecting the future direction of the organization. Represents the company in official functions. Collaborates with senior management to devise effective short- and long-term plans. Develops new business opportunities by leveraging contacts, pursuing new product development, and improving project efficiency. Ensures compliance with all relevant laws, policies, and regulations. EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE BE/B. Tech in Printing&Packaging Technology Graduate/Bachelor degree in business or related professional qualification. Experience in all aspects of planning and implementing business development and sales strategy. Technical skills. Excellent presentation Knowledge and skills in market research. Expertise in packaging industry. To keep abreast with the latest developments/trends in the industry. Advanced knowledge of business and management principles involved in strategic planning, resource allocation, leadership techniques, and coordination. Proven experience in customer relationship management with knowledge of market research. Comprehensive analysis of the latest market trends, needs and competitive offerings. Achievement oriented and must have excellent presentation skills. Abreast with the latest developments/trends in the printing [and/or packaging] industry.
