Job Description: This position reports to the Regional Treasurer of GMI and China, and directly assists the functional Finance Executive and functional business partner on all strategic and tactical matters as they relate to capital planning, auto finance arrangements, pensions, and special projects, including M&A, divestitures, and market entry analyses. Job Responsibilities: Leading all-star, cross-functional teams, strong financial and business insight Well-honed oral and written communication skills, developing and leading strategic initiatives The ability to prioritize multiple initiatives under time constraints As part of a rotational program, the Treasury Manager will demonstrate the ability to learn quickly, rapidly make valuable contributions, and develop innovative, creative solutions to complex problems during each rotation. Job Requirements: Assess and evaluate capital structure for business units, utilize optimal funding and repatriation instruments to adjust / refine capital structures taking into account cross-functional considerations Support ad-hoc requests related to capital planning, auto finance arrangements, and pensions Act as a single point of Treasury contact for special and ad-hoc projects in the region Supervise preparation and review of treasury reports. Ensure timely submission of error-free reports Assist team with understanding the bigger picture and how projects relate to enterprise goals Maintain outstanding relationships with and anticipate the needs of business partners Assist team in prioritization of workload, painting a picture to influence decision-making, facilitate collaboration across staffs, think through key analysis assumptions Develop talent / optimize team performance through stretch assignments, leadership exposure, career discussions, feedback, and other means Lead by example displaying GM behaviors, commitment to personal development and commitment to creating a positive Workplace of Choice culture. #J-18808-Ljbffr
