ITR Governance Risk Leader (m/f) Jobs In Dubai United Arab Emirate 2023 | General Electric Description The main responsibilities of overseeing the daily management activities of the ITR Risk Management team for its portfolio include, but are not limited to: Effectively manage and facilitate cross-functional GE teams to ensure On-Time Risk Reviews related Risk Scoring and associated risk mitigation action plan tracking Apply LEAN concepts to the standard work that needs to be performed in this function, constantly seeking and implement opportunities to cut waste and improve efficiency. This may require leading or participating in Kaizen’s or other initiatives. Planning and maintaining the global calendar of overall risk reviews for its portfolio Monthly Risk KPI governance; Ensuring timely submission of the KPI for its portfolio as well as full understanding of the KPI performance drivers. Prepare presentations to senior leadership on ITR Risk Management.
