Reporting to the Director, Global Human Resources, the Manager, Human Resources will support the Global Human Resources Office as a generalist. Key areas of responsibility will be Human Resources Administration including onboarding and offboarding and responsibility for Office and Facilities Management. Manager Human Resources| Kerzner International Dubai | Apply Now Coordinating and preparing necessary reports in SuccessFactors such as turnover, headcount, employee relations, compliance and activities. This role is also expected to provide Human Resources support to the Global Office and RSOs as well as the Resort Human Resources Teams. Key Duties And Responsibilities Onboarding presentation, create and deliver the content of the HR Section that pertains to useful information for the new colleagues Manage the Birthdays and any other relevant celebrations for all the HR colleagues across the resorts Disciplinary&Grievance Process Produce any Change of Status for colleagues in the Global Office Be the first point of contact for the Global Office with the day to day enquires Always ensure that the filling in the office is 100% accurate and complete Manage the visa renewal process Take part in any relevant Projects, both in the Office as well as the Resorts Collate the monthly HR reports Analyse all Exit Interview data for patterns and trends Ensures all Global Human Resources Policies and Procedures are kept up to date on all the sources they are shared on Manage the Talent Process from an administrative point: Collect&File all the End of Year Appraisals, Collect&File all the PDP’s Facilities Management of the Global Office Safety&Security – fire alarms, first aid boxes, first aiders in the Global Office Plan and execute Global Office events Have a weekly roster for the Global Office that the reception keeps for efficient and safety reasons Manage a small team of two Barista’s for Rise and the Global Office Administrator Any other relevant tasks as requested by Director, Global Human Resources or the Vice President, Global Human Resources Don’t miss out on this exciting opportunity – apply now at dubaiofferz.com #J-18808-Ljbffr
