To support all business system by enforcing existing and creating new policies, providing overview and guidance to the business, perform activities to manage the end to end process of business systems, defining project time lines, budgets, standards and enhancements throughout the applications’ lifecycle as well as understanding best practices, techniques and procedures essential to a deployed application’s optimal operation, performance and efficiency throughout the enterprise and secure integrations. Manager Business Systems | Kerzner International Dubai | Apply Now Key Duties And Responsibilities Create and maintain detailed and accurate documentation. Collaborate with key stakeholders for system updates, improvements and replacements. Collaborate with stakeholders on strategies and budgets. Review tender packages, RFP’s, RFQ’s and RFI’s for new products. Provide project management, following the Kerzner Project Management Framework. Engage with the leadership team, other departments, and property IT. Establish and maintain integrations between business systems. Liaise with the hospitality applications team on integrations. Provide guidance and solutions for improving business processes. SAP SF: Collaborate with stakeholders to optimize system and processes, recommend and implement best practices for Employee Central, Recruiting, Onboarding, Performance&Goals, Learning Management system. Specific applications include: SAP Success Factors, Workforce Time&Attendance, SAP Payroll, SAP Concur, Microsoft 365, Teams, SharePoint, iScala Finance, Zycus, DocuSign, Service Desk / Manage Engine. Skills, Experience&Educational Requirements Minimum 3-5 years’ experience in a similar role. Minimum education to degree graduate level. Excellent communication and customer service skills. Strong attention to details and quality of work. Able to work under pressure and towards deadlines, be able to work as part of a team, and be a self-motivated and approachable and friendly person.
