We are looking for a Granulation ExpertThe ideal candidate will initiate, propose, and execute research and development, debottlenecking/revamp, new product development programs directed towards the improvement of processes and introduction of new products. The Scientist/Engineer should also lead in-house new process technology development, scale-ups, and implementations in commercial granulation.The ideal candidate should also be able to provide technology support to commercial plants for the shutdown, turnover, and re-commissioning as needed, troubleshooting and root cause analysis, as well as to drive problem resolution for commercial plants. The technologist is also expected to provide support in growth projects.ResponsibilitiesTroubleshooting and root cause analysis support, and drive problem resolution for commercial plants.Steering various new post-reactor product developments through granulation techniques.Participate in in-house new process technology development, scale-ups, and implementations in commercial plants.Effectively engage in and lead feasibility and revamp studies, and support to run the granulators effectively at plant scale and at semi-commercial scales.Independently review engineering documents and steer.Design and supervise pilot plant experimental runs for the assigned tasks including preliminary reviews, data interpretation, and final reporting.Collect and interpret plant process data, make recommendations for improvements, ensure work is standardized and processes are optimized.Actively contribute to plant safety and quality programs.BH3880 Bounty Hunter World#J-18808-Ljbffr
