This role will be reporting to Assistant General Counsel (Loyalty & Brand), supporting Emirates Skywards, Emirates award-winning frequent flyer programme.Within this role, you will be working alongside the Assistant General Counsel in supporting all areas of Emirates Skywards from a commercial and contract perspective, covering an extensive and varied range of legal matters.Requirements:Recognised paralegal qualification with current certification, including, without limitation, qualification as a Fellow of the Institute of Legal Executives or Company Secretary, or a Law degree from a recognised university, the degree to include a course in Law of Contract (common law) and completion of Legal Practice Course (LPC) qualification .Specialised knowledge and experience in litigation processes, intellectual property laws and commercial agreementsSpecific to the DPOLaw degree from a recognised university Specific to Group Legal 8 years post graduate experience in a corporate in-house Legal Department or Law firm in the capacity of a Paralegal Adviser preferred.#J-18808-Ljbffr
