We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Hospitality Training Officer to join our team. This role is exclusively for female candidates who possess a strong background in hospitality management and training. The ideal candidate will have experience in both on-the-job training and classroom training, a structured approach to training processes, and a thorough knowledge of SOPs related to 5-star hotel operations. Location: Dubai Key Responsibilities: Develop and implement comprehensive training programs for all hotel staff, ensuring adherence to 5-star service standards Conduct on-the-job training sessions and classroom training to enhance the skills and knowledge of employees. Collaborate with department heads to identify training needs and develop customized training solutions. Maintain and update Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to ensure consistency and compliance across all departments. Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of training programs, making necessary adjustments to improve outcomes. Provide continuous support and mentoring to staff, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and excellence. Prepare training materials, manuals, and other educational tools to support learning initiatives. Ensure all training activities are aligned with the hotels goals and objectives, enhancing overall guest satisfaction and service quality. Qualifications and Requirements: Bachelors degree in Hospitality Management or a related field. 4-6 years of experience in delivering hospitality training in a 5-star hotel environment. Proven experience in both on-the-job training and classroom training settings. Strong understanding of structured training processes and methodologies. Excellent knowledge of SOPs related to 5-star hotel operations and training. Exceptional communication and presentation skills. Ability to work collaboratively with diverse teams and departments.
