-Managing the HRMS (Human Resources Management System) and ensuring data accuracy. -Updating and maintaining employee records, including personal information, payroll details, and benefits. -Processing employee onboarding/offboarding process, employee life cycle changes, administering employee benefits programs, such as health insurance etc. -Respond to employee inquiries and provide information on HR policies and procedures. Partner with internal HR teams, Payroll, and Recruiting to resolve manager and employee queries. -Ensuring employee records, both paper-based and electronic, are up to date and accurate. -Support the payroll process by providing timely inputs on variables related to attendance, employee status change, bank account details, etc while applying the right controls. -Review time sheets, overtime inputs, and other information in order to detect and reconcile payroll and employee data discrepancies. Verify attendance, hours worked, and pay adjustments, and post information onto designated records and systems. -Pro-actively identify opportunities for processes, policies and procedures improvements and engage with Senior HR Services Members to drive the appropriate changes Requirements -2 to 5 years of experience. -Experience with HR software applications, preferably Oracle Fusion. -Basic knowledge of HR processes and UAE labor law is preferred. -Bachelor's or master's degree in Human Resources. -Proficiency in MS Office&Advance MS Excel -Additional skills (optional): Expertise with Power Apps applications such as Power Automate and Power Query. #J-18808-Ljbffr
