See how ManpowerGroup makes powering the future of work humanly possible: www.manpowergoup.We are currently seeking an experienced Recruitment Manager for one of our clients in Dubai, UAERecruitment Manager | ManpowerGroup Middle East Dubai | Apply NowDon’t miss out on this exciting opportunity – apply now at dubaiofferz.comResponsibilities include:Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategyManage the recruitment, hiring and selection processSupport current and future business needs through the development, engagement, motivation and preservation of human capitalDevelop and monitor overall HR strategies, systems, tactics and procedures across the organization.Nurture a positive working environment.Oversee and manage a performance appraisal system that drives high performance.Maintain pay plan and benefits program.Assess training needs to apply and monitor training programs.Report to management and provide decision support through HR metrics.Ensure legal compliance throughout human resource management.Candidate requirements:Minimum 7 years experienceCandidate with Fintech Industry background will be an ideal fit.Bachelor’s degreeExperience in Recruitment and Human Resources in the UAE or Middle East.Collaborative and team orientated approachIntermediate skills in Microsoft Office Suite, PC Skills and CRM.Excellent communication skills both written and spoken.Proven working experience as Recruitment or HR Manager or similar.People oriented and results drivenDemonstrable experience with Human Resources metrics, Knowledge of HR systems and databasesLeadership skillsExcellent active listening, negotiation and presentation skillsCompetence to build and effectively manage interpersonal relationships at all levels of the companyIn-depth knowledge of HR best practicesRussian speakers will be highly desirable#J-18808-Ljbffr
