Job Description ITP Media Group (ITP) is one of the largest media companies in the Middle East, with a portfolio of more than 80 brands. The company delivers quality up-to-date content to its readers, viewers, delegates, and guests through digital, print, events, awards, video content, social media platforms, and social media influencers. These brands include major international and regional names such as Time Out, Arabian Business, Harper’s Bazaar, GQ, and Construction Week. We are looking for a Brand Partnerships Manager to grow the sales performance and revenue in UAE for ITP Originals. Overall responsibility includes being part of the sales team of ITP Originals in achieving monthly and quarterly sales targets for the division. With the growth of our Digital Channel “Mazaj” and white-label content production, you will be responsible for identifying and developing new revenue streams and opportunities. The ideal candidate will be proactive, driven, and enthusiastic, with a passion for creative selling and onboarding new clients. Key Responsibilities: Developing new business leads Sourcing, planning, and closing branded entertainment packages Ensuring monthly and quarterly sales targets are achieved Liaising closely with finance, operations, and production teams Being responsible for generating revenue from agencies and direct clients Using existing contacts to make an immediate impact Maximizing market share in the region Using current market information to analyze trends Developing and growing personal client base Responding to RFPs and customizing proposals to win new business in the region Educating&converting brands to innovative branded content campaigns Managing relationships with key clients such as brand managers, strategic planners, media, social, and creative agencies to create awareness and develop a deep understanding of how to use our Digital Channel to reach the target audiences Requirements: Experience in digital media. Experience selling and closing media and advertising packages. A minimum of 1-2 years of direct experience in selling media. A solid understanding of the online video space, and a good working knowledge on YouTube, specifically. Experience in Media sales for YouTube and/or other Online Video Platforms/Publishers. Excellent negotiation&communication skills. Be a self-starter&solid problem solver. Fluent in English and Arabic (would be a plus). Behavioral Skills: “Can do” attitude. Open-minded team player. Keen to learn new technologies. Self-starter and solid problem solver. Capable of taking ownership and responsibility. Adapting to a rapidly changing context.
