Black&Grey HR is actively recruiting a Sales Engineer for a leading provider of data centre infrastructure services based in Dubai UAE. Sales Manager will be responsible for the overall sales target for data centre business including Green / brown field turnkey solutions UPS CCU DCIM racks / pDus&modernisation projects managing and guiding the sales team in Dubai and Northern Emirates. Other job responsibilities are as follow Generate leads from existing and new clients prepare and share technocommercial proposals negotiate and close deals oversee payment collection monitor project progress submit weekly sales forecasts manage contractual terms present proposals handle client objections and manage vendor relations. Plan yearly sales targets for the team conduct daily sprint meetings accompany the team for client meetings identify and guide team members on improvement areas provide sales training hold weekly forecast update meetings coordinate with vendors for project deals achieve team targets and promote the brand and team culture on social media. Pursue new clients in advised verticals introduce company products/services to new clients present proposals and source resources for new clients. Follow up on payments meet with the finance team for updates analyse payment risks and manage vendor payment settlements. Promote new products and services engage with clients for solution briefings achieve sales targets and support the marketing team with social media documents preparation. Requirements Proven experience in sales preferably in data center infrastructure services. Strong leadership and team management skills. Excellent negotiation and communication abilities. Ability to analyze and mitigate risks. Familiarity with technocommercial proposals and project management. Benefits Attractive Salary Benefits - 5+ years of experience in similar role. - Bachelor's degree in computer science, information systems, or Computer engineering. - CCNA, CCNP Enterprise certified - Ability to implement, administer, and troubleshoot network infrastructure devices, including wireless access points, firewall, routers, switches, controllers. - Ability to create accurate network diagrams and documentation for design and planning network communication systems. - Ability to conduct accurate NIA (Network impact assessment). - Provides network specific detailed information for hardware and software selection. - Ability to work with all levels of staff within and outside of IT and outside the organization. - Familiarity with ITIL framework - Good analytical and problem-solving skills. - Network security experience. #J-18808-Ljbffr
