We are seeking a highly organized and results-oriented Electrical & Lighting Coordinator to manage the daily operations of our electrical and lighting supplies. You'll be the bridge between customers, suppliers, and internal teams, ensuring a smooth flow of projects from quotation to delivery.

Responsibilities:
Coordinate daily tasks including electrical and lighting purchases, quotations, and customer order fulfillment.
Manage communication with customers regarding product availability, pricing, and delivery schedules.
Build strong relationships with both suppliers and customers to secure the best pricing and ensure customer satisfaction.
Proactively plan and manage daily activities and project schedules, prioritizing tasks effectively.
Negotiate pricing and terms with suppliers to optimize cost-efficiency.
Maintain accurate records of purchases, quotes, and deliveries.
Stay current on the latest electrical and lighting technologies to provide expert advice to customers.

Qualifications:

Minimum 3 years of experience in the electrical and lighting industry.
Proven ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously and prioritize effectively under pressure.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal.
Strong negotiation skills to secure the best deals with suppliers.
