Job Responsibilities: Maintain employee records Update HR databases (e.g. new hires, separations, vacation and sick leaves) Process employees’ requests and provide relevant information Collaborate with the Recruiter to post job ads on careers pages and process incoming resumes Prepare reports and presentations for internal communications Support day to day HR activities, maintaining a pro-active HR service and ensuring HR processes are followed Administration and record keeping of leaves where applicable Support the recruitment process and the induction of the new joiners Provide support to the team and general HR initiatives as required Providing assistance to the HR team in employee travel requests. Job Requirements: Proven work experience as an HR administrative assistant. Experience with MS Office applications (Excel – Pivot Tables , word – Formatting documents , power point, Visio)&HRIS systems knowledge (Workday/SAP, etc). Knowledge of UAE Labor Law Excellent organizational and time-management skills Effective oral and written communication skills are required. #J-18808-Ljbffr
