Job Description We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Integrated Communications Specialist to join our strategic communications advisory firm. This role requires a dynamic individual who can effectively manage clients, build strong relationships, and deliver impactful integrated communication solutions. Primary Duties And Responsibilities Lead day-to-day client interactions, providing strategic support and overseeing the execution of integrated communication strategies, plans, and deliverables. Develop and implement comprehensive communication strategies that align with client objectives and deliver positive outcomes. Serve as a trusted advisor to clients, offering expert guidance on communication best practices, trends, and opportunities. Manage client accounts, ensuring high-quality deliverables, on-time project delivery, and adherence to budget constraints. Oversee media relations efforts, including pitching stories, securing media coverage, and monitoring press mentions. Analyze campaign performance metrics and provide data-driven insights and recommendations for optimization. Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in integrated communications, and share knowledge with the team. Requirements Bachelor's degree in Communications, Public Relations, Marketing, or equivalent. Excellent English communications skills, with agency experience in the UAE. Proven track record of successful account management and client servicing. Strong strategic thinking skills and the ability to develop and execute effective communication plans and strategies. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to craft compelling messages tailored to diverse audiences. Ability to multitask, prioritize projects, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment. Creative thinker with a passion for storytelling. Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build and maintain positive relationships with clients, colleagues, and external partners. Knowledge of UAE media landscape and cultural nuances.
