Responsibilities: Develop and implement talent management programs and initiatives. Collaborate with HR teams to identify and nurture key talents within the organization. Provide guidance and support on talent development and succession planning. Conduct talent assessments and create development plans. Minimum Requirements: Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Human Resources or a related field. Minimum of 3+ years’ experience in HR, with at least 1+ years in Talent Management. Prior experience of working within a Talent Management team. Excellent organizational, planning, and communication skills. Ability to work effectively in a team and independently. #J-18808-Ljbffr
