1- Project Executive Job: Full Time Location: Dubai, UAE Job Responsibilities: Prepare a project execution plan in consultation with Business Design and the Developers in order to accomplish its objectives within constraints of time, quality and approved budget Implement approved procedures for tendering, selection and appointment of contractors, labor matters, payment terms, dealings and communication between all parties – clients, architects, consultants and contractors, and redresses of issues for effective coordination and collaboration Develop project strategic program detailing key milestones including concept and detail design delivery, procurement of direct supply items, contractor‘s scope of work extending to construction period and handover date to the Clien Job Requirements: Strong communication and relationship building skills Proven planning, organizing and project management skills and ability to manage multiple priorities Solid relationship management skills Strong analytical and problem solving skills #J-18808-Ljbffr
