In your role as the Sales Business Analyst, you will provide advanced sales analysis with activities including: Compiling, analyzing, and reporting sales and production data, Monitoring and analyzing competitive and segment activity, customer, and market trends and Providing actionable insights to guide the sales and operations teams to drive volume growth. In addition, this position requires to support management in preparation of key decision meetings, data analysis and alignments, presentation preparation and report-out. Responsibilities include: Analyzing and insights Prepare regular sales reports for extensive analysis and management report-out Provide in depth analysis on sales results Study past sales data to determine trends in key carline segments Analyze competitive automotive OEMs and market dynamics, supporting sales insights Generate insightful reports with analysis into key market sales trends for Field and Operations teams to drive business growth Support delivery of data visualization solutions with data insights to cross functional teams driving strategic, tactical business decisions and data-driven-culture Key contact for sales reporting and sales analysis requirements Business support Conduct key month-end sales activities for the organization Support management in preparation of Sales&Production (S&P) meetings, presentation preparation and report-out Manage, update and ensure overall systems readiness for sales operations requirements, including Global Connect, OWB and other key sales system requirements Coordinate and manage budget planning activities between Sales and Finance in MEO Support SSOR (Sales/Production planning tool) process activity and update sales forecast based on S&P discussions Ensure system readiness for dealer reporting, trouble-shoot in dealer monthly sales reporting Support generation of new business associate codes (BACs) for MEO sales operations and the management of existing BACs working with NA team Data processing Develop methods and strategies for assessing and processing large amounts of data Use advanced analytical tools as Power BI to visualize past performance and future trends Support data analytics with available and new tools; design and develop sales operations dashboards using BI platform for various KPIs Ensure data integrity and accuracy among stakeholders Reporting Engage GM global teams in management report submissions Ensure timely submission of regional and global reporting requirements Develop ad-hoc reports as required by leadership Ensure visibility for monthly reporting timelines and ensure alignments among sales organization Required Knowledge, Skills, Experience and Competencies: Knowledge and Experience: 3 – 5 years of similar / automotive experience MS Office tools Knowledge and experience of advanced data analytics and tools like PowerBI, Tableau Understanding of the automotive business is preferred but not essential Education: Minimum BA/BS degree in Business Administration or Finance.
