Track record for managing a team for a minimum of 3 years, delivering high impact customer experiences and implementing new solutions to support their business area. Strong knowledge of recruitment strategies, techniques, and best practices, including sourcing, screening, and interviewing methods. Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with internal stakeholders and external partners. Analytical mindset with proficiency in recruitment metrics and data analysis. High level of professionalism, integrity, and discretion in handling confidential information. Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) such as Workday and Smart Recruiters. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities and business needs.
