The scope of this role will be to manage the end-to-end change process in our business line. You will be responsible for setting up a successful CM mechanism to ensure change requests are to the required standard, include the right stakeholders, are approved on time, update and maintain our SOP content, and facilitate the ‘managing success of change’. You will also get exposure to a range of Operational Excellence programs such as Standard Work, Kaizen, Benchmarking and Audit.
