Additional goals of the CSE will be to drive product adoption, create value, and foster customer loyalty to expand within existing accounts and new accounts. The CSE will be the primary liaison between StorONE customers and internal StorONE organizations such as support, Engineering, and Product Management and will work closely alongside the customer/client field Sales account team.Responsibilities:StorONE Solution DeploymentsProduct installation and configuration.Platform integration into the Customer environment.Testing and validation of integration best practices.Assist customers or partners with troubleshooting or problem identification in resolving issues, escalating when necessary to obtain rapid resolution.Drive StorONE adoption (platform stack, features, use cases, and capacity) by providing insights on:Product usage and consumptionPlatform interoperabilityAid in diagnosing barriers to success and providing resolutions for those barriers.Understand the customer technology goals, and work with the customer to create a joint success plan to meet those goals.Requirements:Bachelor’s degree in an engineering field.Master’s degree will be beneficial.Strong problem-solving, communication, and listening skills.Experience in Project Management.Steadfast dedication to ethical codes of practice.#J-18808-Ljbffr
