We are currently seeking an Admin to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible providing administrative support to the Managing Director & team members. Duties include answering and directing phone calls, scheduling appointments, preparing correspondence, managing files, and presentation. A highly organized and efficient individual with excellent communication and customer service skills is must.
Duties and Responsibilities:
· Answer and direct phone calls
· Greet and assist visitors
· Schedule appointments or meetings
· Prepare correspondence, reports, and presentations
· Manage files and records
· Reports directly to Managing Director
· Order office supplies as needed
· Performing general clerical tasks such as photocopying, printing & filling
· Other administrative duties as assigned

Qualifications:
· 2-3 years of administrative experience
· Excellent written and verbal communication skills
· Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
· Organize documents & assisting accounts
· Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks
· Attention to detail and problem solving abilities
· Strong organizational and time management skills
· Ability to work independently.
