You will meet directly with clients, handle interdisciplinary meetings and information transfer, and provide licensee feedback to improve KBR Olefins technology. Your work will involve conventional engineering and operation practice but may include a variety of complex features such as conflicting design and operation requirements, and difficult coordination requirements. Must be willing and available to travel domestically and internationally.REQUIREMENTSBachelor's or advanced degree in Chemical Engineering required. Minimum of 15+ years of current experience in Olefins Process systems design, optimization, and/or operation, with an average experience of 20+ years. Design or operations background in Ethylene is preferred. Experience in other Petrochemical processes is a plus. High level of proficiency in P&ID development, Hydraulic calculations, and line sizing required. Experience in the application of advanced process systems design techniques to develop and optimize process designs is a plus. Proficiency in conceptual development of process designs, basic economic evaluations, Process Flow Diagrams, P&IDs, equipment capacity evaluation, and specification required. Ability to provide supervision to less experienced engineers required. Ability to develop new engineering ideas and concepts needed. Strong English verbal, writing, and reading communication skills required. Must have the ability to clearly convey technical concepts and principles in both verbal and written communications to clients, peers, and KBR management. Must be willing and available to travel domestically and internationally, as needed. Ability to lead process engineering team on a basic engineering technology project.#J-18808-Ljbffr
