We are seeking a skilled and experienced Plumbing Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in plumbing, with the ability to perform a wide range of plumbing services, from installations and repairs to maintenance and inspections. This role requires a detail-oriented individual with excellent problem-solving skills and a commitment to providing exceptional service to our clients.

Key Responsibilities:
Installation & Repairs:

Install, repair, and maintain plumbing systems and fixtures in residential and commercial properties.
Perform tasks such as pipe installations, drainage system repairs, water heater installations, and faucet replacements.
Diagnostic & Troubleshooting:

Diagnose plumbing issues and provide effective solutions.
Utilize various tools and equipment to inspect, troubleshoot, and repair plumbing systems.
Maintenance & Inspections:

Conduct routine maintenance on plumbing systems to prevent issues and ensure optimal performance.
Perform thorough inspections to identify potential problems and recommend necessary repairs or replacements.
Customer Service:

Communicate effectively with clients to understand their plumbing needs and provide clear explanations of the work required.
Ensure customer satisfaction by delivering high-quality workmanship and addressing any concerns promptly.
Safety & Compliance:

Follow all safety protocols and procedures to ensure a safe working environment.
Comply with local plumbing codes and regulations, ensuring all work meets the required standards.
Documentation & Reporting:

Maintain accurate records of work performed, including service reports, invoices, and inventory logs.
Provide detailed reports on completed jobs and any additional work needed.

Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent; plumbing apprenticeship or vocational training preferred.
Valid plumbing license and certification as required by the state.
Minimum of 3-5 years of experience as a plumbing technician.
Proficient in the use of plumbing tools and equipment.
Strong understanding of plumbing systems, codes, and regulations.
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings.
Strong communication and customer service skills.
Physical stamina and dexterity to handle the demands of the job.
Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
