To supervise ambassadors in hissection for attendance at work and quality of jobperformance.To ensure that after completion ofeach job the place of work is left in clean condition, withparticular emphasis on guest areas.To inspectregularly the function and safe operation of all equipment underhis jurisdiction.To control closely theconsumption of material by tradesmen of respectivesection.Daily inspections in Service Galleryfor cold, hot and return water supply.Toreport to his superiors all deficiencies in equipment operation anddefects within the area of his responsibility noted in the courseof his duty.To prepare requisitions formaterial necessary for the job performance of his subordinates andcontrols the issue and consumption of suchmaterial.To perform other duties outside thenormal routine, if so required, within the scope of thedepartment.To demonstrate good leadershipskills and motivation of his subordinates.Toshow good abilities in human resources management of hissubordinates.To ensure punctual attendance atwork of all ambassadors.To assist with thecreation of an efficient and professional team of engineeringambassadors.To supervise closely allapplicable rules of safety in the workplace.Tobe entirely flexible and adapt to rotate within the differentsections of the EngineeringDepartment.
