The role will be responsible for negotiating, drafting, and finalising contracts with vendors and customers to minimise risks and ensure corporate operations run smoothly. Client DetailsThe client is a multidisciplinary hospital and healthcare service provider that operates a network of hospitals and speciality clinics across the western region of Saudi Arabia.DescriptionPlan, manage, and oversee the daily functions, operations, and activities of the Procurement and Contracts team, ensuring comprehensive procurement, contracts and warehouse programs and operations. Participates in the development and implementation of goals, objectives, policies, and priorities for the divisionContinuously monitor the efficiency and effectiveness of assigned programs, service delivery methods, and procedures.Assess and monitor workload, administrative, and support systems, and internal reporting relationships.Identifies opportunities and makes recommendations for improvement. Participates in the development, administration, and oversight of division budget.Determine funding needed for staffing, equipment, materials, and suppliesEnsure compliance with budgeted funding.ProfileThe successful candidate will have a strong track record as a contracts manager within Saudi Arabia, have a good understanding of localisation initiatives and Saudi Arabian trading legislation.
