The ideal candidate should possess excellent leadership and organizational skills and should be able to handle a variety of projects simultaneously.Responsibilities:• Lead project teams from initiation through completion, while keeping stakeholders informed of progress.• Develop project plans detailing tasks, resource requirements, timelines, budgets and deliverables.• Monitor progress for each project and compare to estimated costs and timelines. Make necessary adjustments as needed.• Track milestones and deliverables using appropriate tools such as Microsoft Project or similar software.• Develop risk management plans for each project to identify potential threats and develop contingency plans if necessary.• Liaise with stakeholders both inside and outside of the organization to ensure successful implementation of projects.Requirements:• Proven working experience as a Project Manager in the construction industry or related field for at least 5 years.• Extensive experience with project management techniques such as Agile/Scrum methodologies and Waterfall approaches is desirable.• Demonstrated ability to lead teams in achieving milestones on time while managing resources efficiently. • Excellent verbal communication skills with the ability to effectively communicate with stakeholders at all levels.If you believe you possess the qualities mentioned above, please submit your CV and cover letter for consideration.
