The SOACS also engages alumni, leveraging their expertise and networks to enrich opportunities and mentorship for current students.Minimum Qualification and EducationBachelor's degree in Business Administration, Mass Communication, Education, Liberal Arts, or a related degree.Required Knowledge and SkillsExcellent oral and written communication skills.Ability to analyze and revise operating practices to improve efficiency.Record of accomplishment of fostering collaboration and lasting partnerships.Superior organization skills and ability to complete projects in a timely manner.Knowledge of international higher education systems, preferred American model.Effectively using interpersonal and communication skills, including tact and diplomacy, and working with individuals from different cultures.Work ExperienceMinimum 2 years post-bachelor’s degree professional work experience in an organization.Work experience in an organizational setting that is customer-facing.A proven understanding of Higher Education.Demonstrable experience of working with groups of students and alumni and strong interpersonal communication skills.Demonstrable experience of working with employers.Language Proficiency RequiredFluent in English and ArabicCompetenciesService ExcellenceProfessional Ethics and IntegrityProblem-solvingTime ManagementTeamworkReporting LineManager - Alumni and Career Services Department#J-18808-Ljbffr
