JASARA PMC, a leading engineering and project management company, is seeking a skilled Testing and Commissioning Manager to join our team. As the Testing and Commissioning Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the testing and commissioning phase of various projects, ensuring that all systems are thoroughly tested and commissioned to meet project specifications and client requirements.ResponsibilitiesDeveloping and implementing a comprehensive testing and commissioning plan for each project.Coordinating with project teams, contractors, and stakeholders to schedule and execute testing and commissioning activities.Managing a team of testing and commissioning engineers and technicians.Ensuring that all systems and components are tested in accordance with industry standards and project requirements.Analyzing test results and identifying any issues or deficiencies.Working closely with design and construction teams to resolve any technical issues during testing and commissioning.Preparing and maintaining comprehensive documentation, including test reports and commissioning records.Ensuring compliance with safety regulations and quality standards during testing and commissioning activities.Providing technical support and guidance to project teams and stakeholders.RequirementsBachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.Minimum of 10 years of experience in testing and commissioning of MEP systems, with a focus on major construction projects.Strong knowledge and understanding of electrical, mechanical, and plumbing systems.Experience in developing and implementing testing and commissioning plans.Proven leadership and management skills.Excellent problem-solving and analytical abilities.Effective communication and interpersonal skills.Ability to work collaboratively and manage multiple stakeholders.Knowledge of safety regulations and industry standards for testing and commissioning.#J-18808-Ljbffr
