Executive Support Responsibilities: The Executive Support function plays a crucial role in establishing, implementing, maintaining, and improving the company's Quality, Environmental, and Occupational Health&Safety Management System according to ISO 9001, ISO 14001, and ISO 45001 standards, along with other relevant requirements. The responsibilities include: Ensuring that the Quality, Environmental, and Occupational Health&Safety Management System is appropriate, suitable, and beneficial for the company's overall well-being. Conducting Process (Quality / FMEA) Risk Assessment of the company's operations annually or as needed. Performing Environmental Aspect and Significance Impact and Risk Assessment of the company's operations annually or as required. Conducting Occupational Health and Safety Hazard Risk Assessment of the company's operations annually or as necessary. Developing, revising, and maintaining Environmental and Occupational Health&Safety Operational Control Procedures. Conducting Internal Audits of the company's Quality, Environmental, and Occupational Health&Safety Management System annually or as instructed. Coordinating with various departments such as production, MRP, purchasing, stores, quality control, human resources, design and development, maintenance, after-sales, sales, and HSE to meet performance targets and objectives. Collaborating with the maintenance department to prepare and review documentation and records before annual ISO audits. Providing training to employees on the company's Quality, Environmental, and Occupational Health&Safety Management System as per ISO requirements annually or as needed. #J-18808-Ljbffr
