Our team is dedicated to pushing boundaries and achieving excellence mainly in energy, the environment, food and the marine industry.ResponsibilitiesDevelop and implement the HSEQ strategic plan in alignment with the global HSEQ and MEA strategic priorities.Lead and deliver health and safety initiatives to further develop and instil the safety culture within the region with ultimate ambition of having zero injuries and we “Return Home Safely” every day.Lead and drive the quality management programs including ISO certification of Alfa Laval processes and its facilities.Implement sustainability initiatives to contribute to Alfa Laval’s sustainability target and achieve Net Zero through carbon neutrality and circularity (water recirculation and waste management).Lead and participate in the risk assessment and the yearly audit of all facilities including the follow-up and implementation of all needed actions.Lead the verification and reporting of all HSEQ data in the relevant systems including maintaining all HSEQ training records. Ensure all Alfa Laval facilities and activities are in compliance with all Alfa Laval group policies and full compliance with local laws and regulations.Lead and organize the HSEQ committee and the quarterly meetings.Identify improvement areas to enhance the health, safety, environmental impact, quality and efficiency of service operations and office facilities.Plan, coordinate and ensure all appropriate and mandatory trainings required for employees are completed and a high level of competence achieved.Maintain and continuously improve the relevant sections of the HSEQ Emergency Response and Disaster Recovery plans including an annual review with all relevant stakeholders.Collaborate and participate in the investigation of incidents or accidents and collaborate with the different teams to analyze root causes to provide appropriate control measures to prevent re-occurrence or mitigate hazardous effects.
