Profile Middle East is a service provider with more than 20 years of experience in the market which specializes in Technical Field and HR Consultancy Services in the Industrial Sector (Oil & Gas, Engineering, Construction, Commissioning) with our focus on the Middle East region and a worldwide presence.For our own projects, we are looking for: INSTRUMENTATION QC INSPECTORRef code: CR_2404-100_Instrumentation QC InspectorJob summaryMISSION:Responsible for conducting quality control inspections of instrumentation systems, ensuring compliance with project specifications, industry standards, and regulatory requirements.TASKS:Conducting quality control inspections of instrumentation systems, including pressure, temperature, flow, and level measurement devices, control valves, and safety systems;Reviewing project specifications, engineering drawings, and documentation to ensure compliance with design requirements and industry standards;Performing visual inspections, functional testing, and calibration checks of instrumentation equipment to verify accuracy, reliability, and performance;Documenting inspection findings, deviations, and non-conformities, and work closely with project stakeholders to address issues and implement corrective actions;Coordinating with engineering, procurement, and construction teams to resolve technical queries and ensure timely resolution of quality-related issues;Monitoring the installation, testing, and commissioning of instrumentation systems, ensuring adherence to project schedules and quality assurance plans;Conducting vendor inspections and factory acceptance tests to verify the quality and conformance of instrumentation equipment and components;Providing technical support and guidance to project teams and subcontractors on instrumentation-related matters, including troubleshooting and problem-solving.EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE:Bachelor’s degree in Instrumentation Engineering, or a related field.
