Responsibilities: Work closely with the Registration and Cashier Manager for all personal and official concerns and seek his advice, instructions and expertise whenever feel necessary. Work closely with the Registration and Cashier Manager, IP billing staff members, Preauthorization Manager and Kennedy Center Supervisor while doing patient registration. Welcome all patients and their relatives with a genuine smile and appropriate greetings. And comfort them. Make sure all registrations are done in timely manner and computations are all over before patient walks in for final settlement after discharge. Ensure that all Customer Service Registration cashiers are aware of all the insurance companies, third party administrators and other institutions on direct billing with the Kanad Hospital and different types of schedules of benefits for their various health insurance plans and familiar with all their insurance cards Requirements: Diploma/bachelors preferred Minimum requirement is 2 years experience in a similar position, preferably in a hospital.
