We are seeking an experienced Site Supervisor (Elevator Installation) to join our contracting division. The ideal candidate should have strong leadership skills, extensive technical knowledge, and a commitment to safety and quality.

Key Responsibilities:
•Plan, supervise and coordinate the installation of elevators as per the project requirements.
•Provide support & guidance to the installation team members on best practices, safety procedures.
•Inspect and evaluate the quality of installation work to ensure compliance with company standards and regulatory requirements.
•Develop the project timelines, schedules & resource allocation.
•Monitor project progress & supervise the technicians ensuring efficient workflow & high productivity.
•Ensure that all team members adhere to safety protocols and company policies.
•Coordinate with the Project Coordinator/ Project Manager, communicate the project status regularly and address any concerns pertaining to the projects/ site requirements/manpower or any associated.
•Manage the inventory; ensure that all necessary tools and equipment are available and in good condition.
•Maintain & report accurate work site records including project progress, time sheets & maintain the schedules.
Qualification & Skills Required:
•Diploma in Engineering or equivalent. Certification in elevator installation preferred.
•Minimum 2-3 years of experience as Supervisor-Elevator Installer or technician in a Contracting company.
•Ability to read and comprehend blueprints and technical documentation.
•Excellent problem-solving skills, time management and supervising capability.
•Well-*** with industry safety standards and regulations.
