Diverse background with expertise in Pricing Transformation projects, encompassing financial planning, manufacturing, and supply chain management. Extensive commercial and project experience (10+ years) in Sales, Marketing, and/or Supply Chain within the Petrochemical Industry, with increasing responsibilities and scope. Preferred qualifications include experience or familiarity with Agile methodology, along with 5+ years of Project Management methods and a Project Management certification as a bonus. Proven ability to effectively work and guide senior leadership decision-making, emphasizing critical competencies such as advocating for creativity, innovation, problem-solving, and continuous improvement within the team.
