Business Development Manager | NADIA Global Dubai | Apply Now Location: UAE/ Dubai with HQ in London Responsibilities Assist and manage all aspects of b2b and b2c sales from acquisition to retention. Focus on the UAE territory. Build and maintain long-lasting, strong customer relationships, assisting throughout the sale process. Experience with hospitality projects and processes is preferred. Work closely with the teams in London, India, and UAE to proactively grow company’s market awareness and sales. Work closely with our portfolio of makers with a keen interest in increasing product knowledge and keeping up to date with developments. Oversee CRM software and data Desired Candidate Profile At least 4/5 years of experience in a sales position within the UAE, experience in the interior design industry is preferred. Experience with CRM software Strong ability to communicate clearly with different stakeholders within the design community. Exceptional interpersonal skills and enthusiasm for interacting with people. Good analytical skills, a strong eye for details and accuracy are essential. Proven ability to understand and drive the sales process from start to finish.
