Purpose : The Senior Business Analyst in the Analytics Department leads the identification, analysis, and interpretation of data to provide valuable insights that support strategic decision-making and drive business growth. This position involves stakeholder collaboration, analytical solutioning, analysing complex datasets, identifying trends, and providing actionable recommendations to enhance decision-making processes within the organization. Responsibilities : Data Modelling and Analysis: Design and develop robust data models and algorithms, utilizing statistical methods and machine learning techniques to extract meaningful insights from complex datasets Cross-functional Collaboration: Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams including data engineers and business stakeholders to interpret findings and develop strategic recommendations Solution Implementation: Drive the implementation of analytics solutions, ensuring they are aligned with business objectives, technically feasible, and capable of delivering tangible value Adhoc data analysis: Conducting spontaneous and unplanned data examinations to address specific business inquiries or challenges BI Tool Utilization: Leveraging Business Intelligence tools to gather, process, visualize, and analyze data for informed decision-making within the organization Data Quality validations: Ensuring the accuracy, consistency, and reliability of data through systematic checks and validations to maintain high-quality datasets Continuous Improvement: Implementing ongoing enhancements and refinements to processes, methodologies, and tools to ensure sustained optimization and effectiveness Base Requirement: Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience 4+ years of experience in Business Analyst or a related role Job-Specific Skills: 4+ years’ experience with programming languages like SQL&Python Experience in basics of Statistics and Machine learning techniques is must Experience in handling big data using Python&SQL is must Experience with analytics tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or similar platforms Experience with advanced proficiency in Excel, Google sheets preferred Advanced knowledge on platform such as GA4 preferred Knowledge of code versioning tool like Git will be a plus #J-18808-Ljbffr
