Establishing strong liaisons with other groups (such as mechanical, mechatronic, analytical and engineering support&facilities) to ensure high integrity, industrialised, and qualified designs. Defining, budgeting and developing of the strategic electrical&electronic engineering facilities including digital&analogue electronics, software&algorithms, electromagnetics, optoelectronics and power electronics. Sourcing of experienced personnel and developing of the next generation of engineering staff. Managing of subordinates, including mentoring and training.
