Coordinate incoming photo shooting requests locally and overseas (in coordination with the Cartier PR Teams). Assist in the dressing requests for celebrities&influencers. Assist in the development of press material (press kit, visuals…). Maintain updated media databases. Coordinate with the VIP Experiences team on ensuring a bespoke treatment for PR’s audiences (press, celebrities, influencers). Liaise with Finance department for supplier’s payments. Create monthly reportings including industry news on an on-going basis, as well as social media trends and social feeds.
