Sr. Insurance Officer -Insurance Department | Al Marwan Group Dubai | Apply Now Don’t miss out on this exciting opportunity – apply now at dubaiofferz.com Key Responsibilities: Insurance Policy Management: Study and evaluate the necessary insurance requirements for the company’s various projects and other activities and determine properly the appropriate types of insurance coverage required. Research various insurance policies and its terms in the market and negotiate the premiums for the same with the insurers to get cost-effective coverage. Always review the terms and conditions of the existing insurance policies deeply and make the necessary amendments/enhancements of the same according to the variations of the company’s business activities. Claims Management: Handling properly all the insurance claims during the process of reporting, evaluation, documentation and until closed for the filing. Work closely with all the stakeholders to ensure the submission of all the claims timely and accurately. Coordinate with insurance parties and their representatives on behalf of the company’s interests during the claim settlements. Risk Assessment: Always conduct very good risk assessments for the assigned projects/activities in order to identify the potential liabilities and recommend risk mitigation strategies. Assist in developing risk management policies and procedures frequently. Documentation and Compliance: Maintain an accurate and up-to-date insurance records and documentation, including the policies, certificates of insurance and claim records. Ensure and compliance with all the legal and regulatory requirements related to the insurance in the construction industry. Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Business/Risk Management/Finance or any related field (or equivalent experience). 5 years experience in the insurance field or a related role within the Construction or Heavy Machinery industry is preferred. Should be expert in CAR, PAR&CPM Policies . Strong and sound knowledge of all the insurance principles, policies and practices. Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
