Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role as a Sales Specialist at Dongguan Daly Electronics Co., Ltd. in Dubai. As a Sales Specialist, you will be responsible for day-to-day tasks such as communication with customers, providing excellent customer service, conducting sales activities, and delivering training to clients. You will also be involved in sales management, ensuring customer satisfaction and achieving sales targets.



Qualifications

Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Strong customer service orientation
Proven sales experience
Experience in conducting training sessions
Knowledge of sales management principles
Ability to build and maintain customer relationships
Strong problem-solving and negotiation skills
Experience in the appliances, electrical, or electronics industry is a plus
A bachelor's degree in a relevant field is preferred
Need to be able to communicate in Arabic & English
