We are currently seeking a highly motivated and experienced Recruitment Manager to join our team in Al Yasamin, Riyadh. As a Recruitment Manager, you will be responsible for leading the recruitment process and ensuring the successful acquisition of top talent for our organization. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in recruitment, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and a proven track record of meeting hiring goals.Responsibilities:Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract and hire qualified candidates.Manage the full recruitment cycle, including job postings, resume screening, interviewing, and job offers.Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and develop job descriptions.Source and identify potential candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, and professional networks.Conduct thorough interviews and assessments to evaluate candidates' skills, qualifications, and cultural fit.Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers and candidates.Manage relationships with external recruitment agencies and vendors.Ensure compliance with all applicable laws and regulations related to recruitment and hiring.Maintain accurate and up-to-date recruitment data and reports.Provide regular updates and feedback to hiring managers and senior leadership.Preferred Candidate:Proven work experience as a Recruitment Manager or similar role.Strong knowledge of recruitment best practices and current trends.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Ability to build and maintain effective relationships with hiring managers, candidates, and external partners.Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities.Strong organizational and time management skills.Highly detail-oriented and able to maintain a high level of accuracy.Proficient in using recruitment software and applicant tracking systems.Experience with sourcing and recruiting for a variety of positions and industries.Knowledge of employment laws and regulations.SkillsRecruitment and talent acquisitionInterviewing and assessmentJob posting and sourcingRelationship managementData analysis and reporting#J-18808-Ljbffr
