Job Title: Salon Supervisor & Beauty Lead

Responsibilities:

· Manage reception duties, including greeting clients, answering phone calls, scheduling appointments, and handling inquiries, while also overseeing salon coordination tasks.

· Lead and motivate salon staff to meet and exceed performance targets, providing coaching and support to enhance their skills in upselling, rebooking, add-ons, retail sales, and gift vouchers.

· Develop and implement sales strategies to drive revenue growth, including promoting upselling opportunities and encouraging staff to maximize sales and service offerings.

· Conduct daily huddles with staff to provide guidance, set targets, and address any matters related to service quality, performance, or staff infractions.

· Coordinate salon services and appointments to optimize staff efficiency and client satisfaction, ensuring smooth operations and timely service delivery.

· Ensure exceptional customer service is delivered to all clients, maintaining high standards of professionalism and satisfaction.

· Handle client inquiries, complaints, and feedback in a prompt and professional manner, using them as opportunities to coach staff and improve service quality.

· Provide comprehensive training to staff in reception duties and a range of beauty services, including lash extensions, waxing, threading, nails, etc., ensuring they are knowledgeable and proficient in all aspects of their roles.

· Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends, products, and techniques, and provide ongoing training and development opportunities for staff.

· Handle administrative tasks such as payroll, budget management, and reporting.

· Foster a positive and collaborative work environment, promoting teamwork, mutual respect, and continuous improvement among staff members.

· Represent the salon at industry events and networking opportunities to promote the business and build relationships within the community.

· Provide beauty services when required such as waxing, threading, nails, and lash extensions.
