We are currently looking for a Senior Planning Engineer to join our dynamic team and support our ongoing and upcoming projects.Key Responsibilities:Develop and maintain project schedules, including resource allocation and progress trackingReview and analyze project plans, schedules, and budgets to ensure adherence to timelines and budget constraintsCoordinate with project team members to ensure timely completion of tasks and milestonesConduct risk assessments and provide recommendations for mitigating potential delays or issuesMonitor project progress and provide regular reports to management, highlighting any critical areasUtilize project management software to track project progress and update schedules accordinglyCollaborate with other departments to ensure alignment of project plans with company goals and objectivesParticipate in project meetings and provide input on scheduling and planning mattersMentor and train junior planning engineers and provide guidance on best practices and industry standardsQualifications:• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management or a related field• Minimum of 8 years of experience as a Planning Engineer in the real estate or construction industry• Advanced knowledge of project management software, such as Primavera P6 or MS Project• Strong understanding of project planning and scheduling techniques and methodologies• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills• Ability to work independently and take initiative, while also being a team player• Strong communication and interpersonal skills• Knowledge of UAE laws and regulations related to construction and real estate is a plusIf you are a highly organized and detail-oriented individual with a passion for project planning and a desire to be a part of a dynamic team, we encourage you to apply for this exciting opportunity.#J-18808-Ljbffr
