JOB DESCRIPTIONWe are currently seeking an experienced Lead Civil Engineer to join the Technip Energies team on an exciting career opportunity! Our client has tasked us with providing experienced professionals to work on a 30 hectare reuse project off the eastern coast of Saudi Arbia in the Berri oilfield. This is an opportunity for US or Canadian nationals and is an Expat assignment in Al Khobar, Saudi Arabia. Graduate from an accredited university. Strong knowledge of Conceptual Design, FEED and Detailed Engineering of Civil scope in projects. Experience in foundations and GBS - gravity base structures - engineering. Experience in analysis and design for large projects.The Lead Civil Engineer's main responsibilities are:Review Customer technical requirements and ensure these are incorporated in EPC Contractors project related specifications and design drawings.Review and/or development of project deliverables including:CSA proceduresTechnical specificationsConceptual designGeotechnical ReportsOnshore Structural SteelworkFoundation and building/structural designsUnderground layouts and pipeworkPreparation of cost estimate input.Coordinating Civil related issues with the other disciplines.Ensuring overall quality of the Civil design by performing regular reviews.Participating in formal 3D plant model reviews.Applies knowledge/skills to a range of activities, acts as a technical resource to others in own area and to colleagues with less experienceAbout the job:The Lead Discipline should have 10 years post-graduate experience in the stated discipline, at least 7 of which must have been in the relevant industry on projects relevant to the type of projects being supported by this agreement, and with demonstrable ability to operate at the level defined.If you meet the necessary requirements above and wish to be part of the team, then don't delay Apply now!
