Utilizes statistical methods such as linear regression and standard deviation to evaluate compliance with reliability numerical requirements. Participates in design reviews of new products and continues review of proposed changes affecting product baseline data. Prepares reliability section of technical proposals, including manpower estimates and scheduling. Reviews preliminary reports and waivers, deviations and engineering change proposals for compliance with contractual requirements Requires knowledge and experience in own discipline; still acquiring higher-level knowledge and skills. Builds knowledge of Group, its processes and customers. Solves a range of straightforward problems. Analyzes possible solutions using standard procedures. Receives a moderate level of guidance and direction. Requires expanded conceptual knowledge in own discipline and broadens capabilities. Understands key industry drivers; uses this understanding to accomplish own work. Has developed the foundational knowledge of DOD, Agency, and/or industry standards and engineering requirements.
