The company is recruiting for a Lead Civil & Structure Engineer in Saudi Arabia. The role involves ensuring discipline engineering work is performed to the correct standard and within budgeted execution-hours. The Lead Engineer is accountable to the Engineering Head of Department. This is part of a recruitment drive to develop and grow the Engineering capability in Saudi Arabia.We are seeking high-caliber individuals with talent, enthusiasm, and the drive to be part of our expansion plan. The engineering team will work on traditional Oil and Gas Energy projects as well as Low Carbon/Energy Transition projects (CCUS, Green Hydrogen, Blue Hydrogen, Offshore Wind, Waste to X, Emissions Reduction).Your Responsibilities:Allocate appropriate resources for engineering projects.Prepare verbal or written reports on workload and targets.Liaise closely with Engineers/Head of Dept.Ensure all necessary information for engineers is readily available for smooth progress.Perform checking functions for junior engineers.Your Knowledge/Skills, Education, And Experience:Bachelor's degree in engineering. Chartered status preferred.Significant project management experience in oil and gas industry.Experience in Middle East project execution, especially Saudi Aramco projects.Skills Requirement:15+ years in design engineering & construction environment.Leadership, estimation, and QA/QC skills.Team management and PC skills.Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.Core Competencies:Confident in handling queries and engineering problems.Able to create work schedules that meet deadlines.Allocate work based on team strengths and weaknesses.#J-18808-Ljbffr
