To provide leadership to the Human Resource Department in areas of recruitment, payroll administration, Employee Relations, training and development, performance management and compensation and benefitsTo develop department goals and identify new areas of responsibilityTo develop, update and implement HR policies and proceduresTo advise management on HR policies, programs and practices that align with the company’s objectivesTo assist managers in HR related matters and ensure all HR practices are in line with the current Labor LawTo develop and review the compensation and benefit plan.To oversee training need assessments.To maintain excellent working relationships with internal clients and external business partners/regulating bodies. This includes liaising and building strong relationships with other HR Regional Managers, branches, subsidiaries and sister companiesTo work closely with the Quality department for the development of policies and proceduresTo work closely with the Safety Department to ensure a safe and healthy work environmentTo regularly review the forecast of manpower for projects and departmentsTo oversee the orientation of new employeesTo review and analyze HR metrics and provide recommendations for improvement To implement and maintain the systems and automation of the HR DepartmentTo evaluate staff performance, provide constructive feedback, conduct training programs and develop staffSkillsStrong knowledge of KSA Labor LawStrong knowledge of HR disciplines such as recruitment, payroll, performance management, training and development, benefits and compensation and employee relationsStrong Computer Skills (Microsoft Office and ERP)Fluent in English & ArabicAccountability/Dependability Analytical Thinking Collaboration/Building RelationshipsVision and Strategic Thinking#J-18808-Ljbffr
