Arabic Computer Systems (ACS) is seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Systems Engineer with expertise in Verint software.As a Systems Engineer, you will play a key role in designing, implementing, and maintaining Verint software solutions for our clients. You will be responsible for ensuring the stability, performance, and security of Verint software systems, as well as providing technical support and troubleshooting assistance as needed.Average of 5 -10 years experience implementing Verint software, or similar technology systems, in the Customer Engagement sector. Background in enterprise software applications. Clear understanding and experience of administering Microsoft Windows, SQL and Linux environments. Proficient in installing the Verint product suite as well as configuring specific integrations and MI reporting to meet customer business needs. Ability to input into the technical planning of the project as well as producing clear, thorough documentation about the final technical solution to hand over to the relevant Support organization.
