With our focus on social infrastructure programs, we play a crucial role in the development and improvement of our communities.Responsibilities:Lead and manage civil engineering projects from inception to completion, ensuring successful project delivery.Prepare and review engineering designs, plans, and specifications for construction.Supervise and inspect construction projects to ensure compliance with design and specifications.Collaborate with project managers, architects, and other stakeholders to ensure coordination and integration of civil engineering with other disciplines.Manage project budgets, schedules, and resources to meet client expectations.Conduct feasibility studies and provide expert advice on civil engineering matters.Mentor and provide guidance to junior engineers and staff.Stay updated with industry trends, standards, and best practices in civil engineering.Requirements:Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field.Minimum of 10 years of experience in infrastructure and construction.Registered Professional Engineer (PE) license.Strong knowledge of engineering principles, construction methods, and materials.Proficient in using civil engineering design software such as AutoCAD, Revit, and Civil 3D.Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.Effective communication and leadership abilities.Experience working on social infrastructure projects is preferred.#J-18808-Ljbffr
